About the role
What you'll do
Binance is hiring a Marketing Manager to own growth metrics for Central Africa. You will plan the region's quarterly strategy and OKRs, run integrated campaigns with regional and global teams, shape the affiliate programme, oversee local events and social engagement, and use funnel data to test and adjust tactics market by market.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a similar marketing role
- Experience running large integrated campaigns and building brands
- Familiarity with African markets and regional roles
- Background in social media, affiliates, events or influencer marketing is a plus
- Fluent English; French is preferred
