About the role
What you'll do
Hire Hangar is recruiting a marketing-focused Virtual Assistant for one of its client companies. You will handle calendars and inboxes for the marketing team, schedule social posts, draft and proofread copy, build simple Canva graphics, support email campaigns and pull basic performance reports.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a VA, admin assistant or coordinator supporting a marketing team or agency
- Working knowledge of social media, content and email marketing
- Experience with scheduling tools and platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot
- Strong written and spoken English and a sharp eye for detail
- Previous remote work experience
Placement with a Hire Hangar client; open to candidates in South Africa and Egypt (plus several Latin American countries), working US time zones (EST–PST).
