About the role
What you'll do
Handle guest messages and calls for 108+ short-term rental cabins by text, email and Airbnb/VRBO, for a client placed through Hire Hangar. Arrange after-hours repairs with local contractors, escalate to the owner when needed, and log everything for the daytime team.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or customer service
- Excellent English
- Reliable availability during assigned hours
- Calm problem-solving; Guesty or Hostaway is a plus
Remote contract for candidates in South Africa or Egypt. 40 hours a week, mostly US Eastern evenings, with mandatory weekend coverage and two consecutive days off.
