About the role
What you'll do
Through Meridial, Invisible Technologies' freelance expert network, you will stress-test AI models in Swahili. Expect to converse with models on noun classes, verb forms, idioms and cultural nuance, verify accuracy, record reproducible failure cases and suggest better prompts and evaluation metrics.
Requirements
- Expert command of Swahili grammar, morphology and pragmatics
- A master's or PhD in Swahili or linguistics is ideal
- Translation, publishing or linguistic analysis experience
- Clear, show-your-work written communication
- Own computer and reliable high-speed internet
Freelance contract open worldwide and fully remote. Pay ranges from $6 to $65 per hour depending on expertise and location; no benefits.
