About the role
What you'll do
Hercules builds an AI agent that lets non-technical customers create apps. When the agent gets stuck, you step in: fix bugs, advise on architecture and integrations, then improve the platform so the issue does not return. You will also keep the knowledge base current, automate your own workflow and act as first responder for incidents.
Requirements
- Strong TypeScript and React skills
- Web fundamentals: HTTP, APIs, auth and databases
- Proven debugging of production issues with logs and traces
- Prior customer-facing experience and clear, concise writing
- Able to close a high volume of tickets daily (50+)
For people living in Europe, the Middle East or Africa, or able to work GMT+2 hours, Monday to Friday. Hercules says engineers can move into engineering or pre-/post-sales roles after 6-12 months.
