About the role
What you'll do
Look after a portfolio of dental offices and healthcare providers using Clipboard's staffing marketplace. You'll be their go-to contact for app questions and issues, help them get more value from the platform, and help fill urgent shifts in your markets. Commission is offered on top of base pay.
Requirements
- Confident texting, emailing and calling English-speaking clients
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Reliable high-speed internet and your own computer
- Proactive, persistent and curious about customer problems
Open to candidates outside the US, Canada, UK, New Zealand and Australia, including Africa; you must be available during US working hours.
