About the role
What you'll do
RetailNext, a retail analytics SaaS company, is hiring a Sales Operations Associate to keep its sales team running smoothly. You will build Salesforce reports and dashboards, keep CRM data clean, support tools like Gong, Salesloft and ZoomInfo, run sales ops projects and help onboard and train new sales hires.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in sales ops, revenue ops, business ops or a similar analytical role, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on Salesforce reporting and dashboard experience
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Organised enough to juggle several projects and deadlines
- Clear communicator with both reps and senior leaders
Remote role for candidates based in South Africa, reporting to the Global Manager, Sales Operations.
