About the role
What you'll do
Oyster, the global employment platform, needs a senior benefits specialist for a one-year fixed-term contract. You'll manage benefits brokers and vendors worldwide, negotiate better coverage at lower cost, handle complex international benefits escalations, join sales and customer calls, and build guides, training and AMAs for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- Senior experience in international employee benefits
- Proven vendor and broker management, including negotiation and QBRs
- Comfort advising customers and supporting sales conversations
- Skill at turning complex benefits rules into clear documentation and training
- Interest in using AI tools to scale your work
Fully remote within EMEA; you must be based between UTC-1 and UTC+3 (South Africa is among the listed locations). Contract expected to end November 2027.
