About the role
What you'll do
Sporty Group, the remote-first company behind consumer sports and gaming apps used by millions daily, is hiring a Payments Operations Manager. You will own payment KPIs such as acceptance and conversion, lead fraud and risk strategy, manage relationships with payment partners and build a team of payment specialists across regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of global payment systems and regional regulations
- Proven experience in fraud, risk, KYC and investigations
- Experience leading and growing a team
- Fluent written and spoken English
