About the role
What you'll do
Oyster, the global employment platform, is hiring a Global Payroll Analyst on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You'll analyse multi-country payroll data, validate inputs and outputs, resolve discrepancies in taxes, deductions and benefits, run payroll audits and general-ledger reconciliations, and work with external providers to tighten controls and workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years in payroll analysis or a related payroll or finance role
- Hands-on multi-country payroll and payroll tax compliance experience
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables)
- Experience with payroll software and core accounting concepts
- Strong attention to detail in audits and reconciliations
