About the role
What you'll do
Assist World is hiring for a staffing agency that wants one person to own its accounts receivable. Working directly with the business owner, you will chase late payments, negotiate payment plans, settle billing disputes, issue and track invoices in QuickBooks, reconcile accounts, and find ways to speed up cash collection.
Requirements
- Solid AR and collections experience, with a record of reducing aged balances
- Persuasive and firm when negotiating with clients
- Good written and spoken English with a direct style
- Works independently and manages many priorities at once
- QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping experience are a plus
Fully remote for candidates in South Africa. You must be able to receive payment through a Wise-supported local bank account.
