About the role
What you'll do
Hire Hangar is looking for an internal recruiter to run full-cycle hiring across many technical and non-technical roles at once. You'll source, screen, run technical interviews, negotiate offers and keep the ATS clean while improving recruiting processes.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in staffing or volume hiring
- Hands-on technical recruiting and interviewing
- Experience working with tech clients
- Comfortable with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
- Strong, candidate-first communication
Remote role with Hire Hangar; candidates in South Africa, Ghana, Egypt and Kenya (plus Uganda, Ethiopia, Sudan and Algeria) are eligible, and you must cover PST or EST hours for part of the week.
