About the role
What you'll do
Kraken is hiring a Senior Performance Video Creative to concept, produce and ship paid video for its consumer apps. You'll build platform-native ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and others, use generative AI as a core production tool, localize assets across markets, and turn test results into new hooks and concepts. It's a senior individual role with no direct reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance video at a high-volume in-house team or agency, ideally in a regulated category
- A portfolio of paid video with briefs and results, including AI-assisted work
- Strong sense of what works on each social platform
- Experience versioning and localizing video at scale
- Able to juggle many workstreams at once
Fully remote; in Africa, Kraken lists South Africa as an eligible location (alongside the UK, much of Europe and Latin America).
