About the role
What you'll do
Doxim builds customer communications software for more than 1,500 clients. In this role you will set up document processing, statement composition and API integrations for new and existing clients. You will transform client data files, build templates and workflows, script validation steps, troubleshoot processing issues, and give users application support and basic training.
Requirements
- About 6 years in software implementation, technical support or document composition
- SQL skills plus HTML/XML/XSL and one of Java, C# or .NET
- Comfortable with Unix shell or PowerShell scripting
- Understands integrations and API configuration
- Print-and-mail or variable-data experience is valued
This is a remote role for candidates based in South Africa, with up to 10% travel.
