About the role
What you'll do
PostHog is looking for a discovery-focused product manager to sit with one of its small engineering teams. You'll run monthly growth reviews, dig into usage and churn data, interview users, study competitors, and own the commercial side of your products. Engineers handle delivery, so your job is to give them context.
Requirements
- Background as a founder or product engineer
- Strong data analysis skills, with comfort answering open-ended questions using SQL and product data
- Experience running user interviews and turning what you learn into priorities
- Commercial instinct around pricing, revenue and retention
- Clear, persuasive writing
