About the role
What you'll do
Sporty Group is looking for a Project Manager to turn product goals into delivery plans for its engineering teams. You will run team ceremonies, manage tickets and schedules, coordinate work across internal teams and outside partners, keep stakeholders updated on status, and help resolve production issues while pushing for better estimates and code quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing teams within a Scrum framework
- Experience defining business requirements for software from a customer point of view
- Comfortable working with UI/UX teams
- Fluent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail
- A business or technology degree is a plus
Listed as global remote, but you must work in an EU-aligned time zone (core hours 10am–3pm local), which suits candidates in most of Africa.
