About the role
What you'll do
Take Fingerprint customers from signed contract through implementation to go-live, then run quarterly business reviews. Spot upsell and cross-sell openings and manage renewals with senior and procurement contacts. You are measured on net and gross revenue retention and keep records in Salesforce and Planhat.
Requirements
- 6–10 years as a mid-market or enterprise CSM
- B2B SaaS or security background preferred
- Experience with Gainsight/Planhat, Zendesk and Salesforce
- Uses AI tools at work
Remote anywhere in EMEA, except a small number of countries Fingerprint can't employ in. Pay shown is base salary and varies by country; on-target earnings $71,000–$126,000.
