About the role
What you'll do
OKX is hiring an operations manager to grow its peer-to-peer (P2P) trading business in overseas markets. You will design regional expansion strategies, run merchant onboarding and incentive programmes, improve completion and dispute-resolution rates with Product and Engineering, and monitor P2P KPIs and competitor moves.
Requirements
- 5+ years in platform operations, ideally in crypto or Web3
- 2-3+ years of hands-on P2P operations outside Mainland China, preferably at a major exchange
- Solid grasp of P2P liquidity, spreads and regional payment rails such as bank transfers and e-wallets
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision making
- Fluent English; Chinese or other regional languages are a plus
