About the role
What you'll do
Kraken wants a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to grow Kraken Pro, its platform for active crypto traders. You'll own organic acquisition across SEO, content, social, community, referrals and partnerships, map the funnel from first visit to first trade, and work with product and design on landing pages and onboarding while leading a small team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally fintech, crypto, trading or gaming
- Experience as a player-coach leading a small team
- Comfort with funnels, cohorts, attribution and experiments
- Working knowledge of SEO, content, social, lifecycle and partnerships
- Strong AI fluency and an understanding of trading culture
Fully remote; in Africa, Kraken lists South Africa as an eligible location (alongside the UK, much of Europe and Latin America).
