About the role
What you'll do
Work an IT support ticket queue across several client companies for a managed-IT-services firm placed through Hire Hangar. Handle Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra, endpoint security, email security, backup and disaster recovery, and networking. Act as the escalation point for junior staff and keep documentation in Hudu.
Requirements
- MSP experience is mandatory
- Hands-on Microsoft 365/Azure administration
- Experience with RMM/PSA tools and EDR products
- Meraki or Unifi networking
Remote contract for candidates in South Africa or Egypt. Must be available during US Central business hours.
