About the role
What you'll do
Assist World is placing a part-time marketing and executive VA with a coaching and creative business run by a musician and coach. You'll turn its existing CRM, mailing list, landing page and online courses into one growth plan, run email campaigns, edit short-form video, keep a content calendar and coordinate tasks with another VA.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years in digital, growth or social media marketing, ideally for creators or coaches
- Portfolio showing audience and lead growth
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere or Canva)
- Comfortable with funnels, CRMs and project tools like Asana or Notion
- Reliable internet and power backup
Open to candidates in South Africa; this is a placement with an Assist World client, starting at about 10 hours a week on agreed working hours.
