About the role
What you'll do
Kraken, the crypto exchange, is hiring an AI Growth Ops specialist to run daily operations and QA for its internal AI-driven growth platform. You'll test new releases and rule changes, run regression checks, log clear bug reports, clear approval queues, review agent output against checklists, and write test plans, runbooks and release notes.
Requirements
- Experience in QA, testing, operations, support or analytics on a software product
- Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to testing
- Clear writing and comfort reading dashboards and data
- Daily use of AI tools and curiosity about prompt engineering
- Jira or Mixpanel experience is a plus
Fully remote; among African countries, only candidates based in South Africa are eligible.
