About the role
What you'll do
Moniepoint is looking for a hands-on design manager to lead a small team of product designers working on its POS, mobile and web products or internal operations tools. You'll set design direction, run critiques and quality reviews, keep journeys consistent on the design system, and coach and hire designers.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product design with a shipped mobile and web portfolio
- 3+ years managing product designers, including hiring and career growth
- Experience building shared patterns or a design system adopted across teams
- A record of shipping accessible products for users on low-end devices and patchy connectivity
- Comfortable using AI tools in design work
Remote role for candidates based in Nigeria; POS or fintech experience is a plus.
