About the role
What you'll do
Lead delivery for a product area at Moniepoint, Africa's all-in-one payments and banking platform. You'll turn product requirements into well-scoped epics, run sprints, manage team capacity and dependencies, and stay hands-on through design guidance, code reviews and production observability.
Requirements
- 8–10 years as a software engineer, with 5+ years building production systems in Java and Spring Boot
- 3+ years managing engineering teams
- Strong Agile planning and backlog management skills
- Experience leading incident response and root-cause analysis
- Good grasp of CI/CD and release practices
Remote role for candidates based in Nigeria (listed under Lagos), working West Africa Time business hours.
