About the role
What you'll do
M-KOPA, the fintech that finances smartphones, loans and e-bikes for millions of customers across Africa, needs a senior CRM manager in its product growth team. You'll start by owning reactivation and upgrade campaigns for repeat phone customers, then take over the digital lending pod and later move into lifecycle. You'll run SMS, WhatsApp, push and in-app campaigns in CleverTap and turn winning tests into playbooks.
Requirements
- Solid experience running multi-channel CRM or lifecycle campaigns against conversion goals
- Hands-on with CleverTap or a similar engagement platform
- Comfortable designing structured experiments with clear hypotheses
- Strong funnel analysis and campaign tracking discipline
Remote within M-KOPA's markets: Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa (Kampala, Uganda is also listed). No fixed time zone is stated.
