About the role
What you'll do
Kraken is hiring a Staff Brand Designer to set the visual standard for Kraken Consumer and Krak. You'll design static and simple 3D assets for launches and campaigns, build Figma component libraries and modular campaign kits, localise work across markets, and use AI-assisted production while giving feedback to other designers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of brand and static design in a high-volume in-house team or agency
- A portfolio showing briefs alongside finished work
- Strong Figma systems skills plus Cinema 4D or Blender
- Experience in fintech, crypto or another regulated field is a plus
- Confidence pushing back on briefs with a clear point of view
Fully remote; in Africa, candidates must be based in South Africa (other eligible countries are in Europe and the Americas).
