About the role
What you'll do
Run day-to-day accounting for Oyster's global subsidiaries with an EMEA focus. You'll lead month- and year-end close, prepare statements and reconciliations, coordinate local statutory filings and audits, and improve ERP processes for a distributed finance team.
Requirements
- 5+ years in accounting, including 1+ year at senior-accountant level
- CPA (or part-qualified) or equivalent qualification
- Strong multi-entity, intercompany and close experience
- Advanced Excel; NetSuite is a plus
- Clear English communication in an async setting
Fully remote; among African countries, South Africa is eligible, and you must be within UTC−4 to UTC+4.
