About the role
What you'll do
Assist World is placing a digital marketing assistant with an agency partner that supports a busy residential real estate agent. Working from a strategist's plan, you'll schedule social posts, design listing and open-house graphics in Canva, assemble email newsletters, keep contact lists segmented and flag promising buyer or seller leads.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a digital marketing virtual assistant
- Real estate marketing experience is strongly preferred
- Confidence with Canva, social scheduling tools and email/CRM software
- Clear, warm writing for captions and newsletters
- Basic tracking of engagement metrics
Part-time agency placement with a client, open to candidates in South Africa who can receive payment through Wise; expect to overlap with a US-based client.
