Senior AI Product Engineer (LLM Agents, RAG, Evals)

What you'll do

Oyster, the global employment platform, wants a senior engineer to own improvements to Oyster AI, the assistant used by its customers and staff. You will design agent tools, retrieval and evaluation loops, ship changes safely to production and fix failures at their root. You will also coach other product teams as they build their own AI features.

Requirements

• Senior engineering experience leading complex production work end to end
• Hands-on record of shipping LLM-powered features to real users
• Depth in RAG and indexing, evaluation datasets, LLM-as-judge or agent tool calling
• Solid coding, debugging, testing and system design; willing to work in Rails and React
• Clear async communication and good judgment with sensitive data
