About the role
What you'll do
micro1 is recruiting data scientists with competition experience to create tasks for training coding agents. You will build reproducible environments and datasets, write reference solutions and tests that separate correct work from flawed attempts, then run agents and refine tasks based on how they fail.
Requirements
- Competition record on Kaggle, Zindi, DrivenData, AIcrowd or similar
- Solid data science, ML or quantitative modelling skills
- Practical Python for implementing and verifying solutions
- Eye for data leakage, wrong assumptions and implementation bugs
- Clear documentation of reasoning and checks
Contract open globally and fully remote, roughly 15 flexible hours a week at $60 to $120 per hour.
