About the role
What you'll do
Automattic's WooCommerce team is building its Revenue Operations function largely from scratch. You will own go-to-market tools and integrations such as Salesforce and Gong, set data standards, build executive dashboards and forecasting, and design capacity, territory and customer-health models with Sales and Customer Success leaders.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years in RevOps, including at least one build from zero or major reset
- Strong hands-on Salesforce skills (flows, integrations)
- Comfort working with data in SQL or Python
- Concrete examples of using AI in your current work
- Confidence presenting data-backed trade-offs to executives
