About the role
What you'll do
Hire Hangar is hiring a Client Implementation & Operations Analyst for a client in the BPO and outsourcing space. You'll set up and configure new B2B client accounts, coordinate with onboarding, IT and operations, run pre-launch quality checks, track launches and report on timelines and bottlenecks to leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in client implementation, operations analysis or technical onboarding, ideally in BPO or managed services
- Strong analytical skills across multiple systems and data sources
- Good Google Sheets or Excel skills, including formulas
- Clear, professional written and spoken English
- Prior remote work with US or UK companies
