About the role
What you'll do
Answer order, product and account questions by email, chat and tickets for an e-commerce client placed through Hire Hangar. Use AI tools to draft and summarise replies, escalate complex cases, keep ticket records accurate, and help improve AI prompts and reply templates.
Requirements
- Customer support experience
- Has used AI tools at work
- Prior remote work for US or UK companies
- Strong written English
- A video application is required
Remote contract. In Africa, open to candidates in South Africa (Addis Ababa is also listed). Fixed shift 8:00 AM–4:00 PM US Eastern.
