About the role
What you'll do
Hire Hangar is recruiting a Workflow Implementation Engineer for a client building an AI-powered marketing platform. You'll run technical onboarding for mid-market and enterprise customers, build custom workflows and integrations with Python and SQL, troubleshoot hard issues directly with clients, and feed what you learn back to product and engineering.
Requirements
- Strong Python and SQL for scripts, integrations and data transformations
- Experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering or another developer-facing customer role
- Hands-on work with automation tools such as Zapier, Make or n8n
- Previous remote work experience, ideally with US or UK companies
- Marketing tech, SEO or LLM tooling experience is a bonus
This is a contract placement with a Hire Hangar client, open to candidates in South Africa (plus several Latin American countries) and worked on US time zones (EST to PST). A recorded video is part of the application.
