About the role
What you'll do
micro1 needs competitive programmers for an AI training project on algorithmic reasoning. You will solve self-contained coding, logic and debugging challenges, often inside unfamiliar codebases or terminals, and deliver reproducible solutions that test the limits of advanced models.
Requirements
- A verifiable Codeforces profile with real competitive-programming history
- Strong data structures and algorithms foundations
- Careful reasoning about complexity, constraints and edge cases
- Experience debugging unfamiliar code (Python or C++)
- Pass screening questions, a 30-minute AI interview and a manager review
Contract open globally and fully remote, about 15 flexible hours a week. Pay is per accepted task, with a stated range of $60 to $120 per hour.
