About the role
What you'll do
Consensys is hiring a staff engineer to lead the technical architecture of perpetual futures trading in MetaMask on both extension and mobile. You'll set standards for precision, state consistency and resilience in real-time trading features, coordinate across teams, review designs and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years building web and mobile products
- Experience with correctness-critical financial or trading systems
- Real-time data experience with WebSockets and streaming feeds
- Hands-on React, React Native and modern TypeScript
- Strong blockchain fundamentals and staff-level cross-team leadership
Remote across EMEA. Candidates based in France, Italy or Germany are excluded, and no African countries are excluded.
