About the role
What you'll do
Hire Hangar is hiring a Client Success & CRM Operations Specialist on behalf of a client. You will manage high-volume client communication by email, SMS and phone, qualify leads, route clients to the right specialist, keep CRM records accurate and support onboarding, follow-ups and escalations.
Requirements
- Experience in client success, customer support, CRM operations or sales support
- Hands-on use of CRMs such as GoHighLevel or HubSpot
- Highly organised, with no missed follow-ups
- Clear, professional written and spoken English
- Previous remote work experience
Placement with a Hire Hangar client; open to candidates in South Africa and Egypt (plus several Latin American countries), working US time zones (EST–PST).
