About the role
What you'll do
Clipboard is hiring a Strategic WFM Analyst to own central forecasting and capacity planning across its support lines of business. You'll turn demand forecasts into FTE, BPO and overtime strategies, model cost and staffing trade-offs, and write decision-ready memos and weekly business reviews for leadership with Finance, Product and Operations.
Requirements
- Deep WFM expertise: capacity modelling, Erlang, shrinkage, AHT and SLA trade-offs
- Advanced Google Sheets, SQL or Python
- Ability to link queue dynamics to cost, hiring and SLA risk
- Concise executive writing and cross-functional influence
- Comfort working with ambiguous, incomplete data
Fully remote; open to candidates outside the US, including Africa (also listed for Canada, the UK, the EU and Latin America).
