About the role
What you'll do
Consensys (the team behind MetaMask) is hiring a Senior People Operations Associate to run the global employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding and contracts to leave, benefits and offboarding, while acting as the in-house expert on European employment practice. You'll keep HRIS data clean in ADP, work with payroll, EOR and immigration partners, and automate routine requests.
Requirements
- HR or People Operations experience in a multi-country company
- Solid knowledge of UK/European employment practice, statutory leave and GDPR
- Hands-on HRIS experience and confidence with data audits
- Experience managing EOR and other HR vendors
- Track record of leading projects end to end
Remote across EMEA, so candidates in African countries can apply; applicants in France, Italy and Germany are not considered. Work overlaps with European hours.
