About the role
What you'll do
Sporty Group, a remote-first sports and technology business, needs a senior recruiter who still does hands-on hiring and coaches others. You will run senior and confidential searches across its commercial, operations and support teams, advise leaders on scope, compensation and assessment, help colleagues get stalled searches moving again, and keep data in Greenhouse accurate.
Requirements
- Experience filling senior commercial hires, ideally in iGaming or fintech
- Track record of director-level searches from market mapping to closing an offer
- Strong direct sourcing, assessment and offer negotiation skills
- Credible with senior stakeholders and willing to challenge their requirements
- Deep hands-on Greenhouse experience
Listed as EMEA remote, with Europe or South Africa preferred. Pay includes quarterly performance bonuses, 28 days of leave and an annual company retreat.
