About the role
What you'll do
OKX, a major crypto exchange and wallet provider, is adding a senior legal analyst to its legal team. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you'll draft, review and negotiate NDAs, service agreements, data processing terms and marketing contracts with business teams and vendors. You'll also keep contract records across group entities and help build legal processes, playbooks and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; a law degree is strongly preferred, or substantial paralegal or legal analyst experience
- Strong contract management and negotiation experience
- Ability to build legal processes and policies independently
- Cross-border commercial agreement experience is a plus
- Sharp analytical and written communication skills
