About the role
What you'll do
RetailNext uses sensors and computer vision to give more than 43,000 retail stores data on in-store activity. As its recruiter, you will run full-cycle hiring for commercial, operational and technical teams. You will build pipelines for hard-to-fill specialist roles, advise hiring managers, and use hiring data, AI and automation to make recruiting work better across the company.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting at a global, distributed tech company
- Has hired both business and technical roles, including ML or computer vision
- Skilled at engaging passive candidates in international markets
- Disciplined about ATS data and follow-through
Remote from South Africa or Europe. Benefits include profit sharing, a monthly recharge day, medical insurance and up to 90 days a year working from anywhere.
