About the role
What you'll do
Oyster, the global employment platform, is hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst. You'll work with its invoice-processing partner to keep vendor payments accurate and on time in NetSuite, resolve discrepancies and vendor queries, run reconciliations and month-end AP close, and help automate AP workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience, including reconciliations
- Advanced ERP skills, ideally NetSuite
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience in high-volume, international AP teams
- Detail-oriented, with a habit of improving processes
Fully remote; South Africa is the eligible African country, and you must be based within UTC-3 to UTC+3.
