About the role
What you'll do
Be Kraken Pro's voice across Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit and TradingView. You'll build an ambassador and power-user program, host AMAs and live trading sessions, pass community feedback to Product, and report on sentiment and community-driven signups for Kraken.
Requirements
- 3+ years running community or social for a technical, skeptical audience (crypto, fintech, gaming or dev tools)
- Active trader who understands funding rates, fees and slippage
- Fast, sharp writer for short and long formats
- Calm under public pressure and good at de-escalation
- Has built a community from scratch
Remote; among African countries, candidates based in South Africa are eligible.
