About the role
What you'll do
Hire Hangar is placing a demand generation and marketing operations manager with a B2B technology client. You'll run Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, own HubSpot administration and lead lifecycle stages, and set up conversion tracking so spend is judged on qualified pipeline rather than form fills.
Requirements
- Deep HubSpot Marketing Hub admin experience (workflows, lead scoring, routing)
- Hands-on paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta, ideally LinkedIn too
- Strong grasp of GA4, UTM governance and offline conversion tracking
- Prior work with US or UK companies and remote tools like Slack and Zoom
- A video recording is required with the application
