About the role
What you'll do
Wave is hiring a Payroll Systems Analyst in its HR Technology team. You will map and standardise how payroll runs across Wave's markets, build an in-house tool that reconciles payroll provider outputs with the HRIS and general ledger, and keep HRIS-to-payroll data flows accurate after a new HRIS launch.
Requirements
- Fluent English and French
- Degree in accounting, finance, HR, information systems or similar
- 3+ years in HRIS, payroll operations or payroll accounting, ideally multi-country
- Hands-on payroll-to-ledger reconciliation experience
- Experience working with in-country payroll providers
Remote (UTC-8 to +4); among African countries, Kenya and Ghana are eligible (plus Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali and Uganda). Wave lists a salary of up to US$125,900, depending on level and location.
