About the role
What you'll do
Payward Services, the enterprise infrastructure arm of Kraken's parent company, is hiring a business operations lead to run its operating rhythm. You will manage planning, business reviews and leadership reporting, build a repeatable process for launching new partners, automate manual work with AI and integrations, and drive cross-team strategic projects with Sales, Finance, Product, Legal and Compliance.
Requirements
- 4+ years in BizOps, RevOps, strategy or similar, including in-house time at a payments, fintech or crypto company
- Proof of owning a messy process end to end and keeping it running
- Hands-on use of AI tools, scripts or no-code automation
- Comfort with data and close attention to detail
- Clear communication with sales, engineering and leadership
Fully remote; among African countries only South Africa is listed as an eligible location. No fixed shift is stated.
