About the role
What you'll do
Assist World is hiring a remote coordinator for a client: a sports medicine and athlete recovery clinic in Dallas, Texas. You'll be the main contact for patients, handle bookings, follow-ups and cancellations, keep records accurate, and help with selected social media and digital tasks to lift retention and conversions.
Requirements
- Experience in patient service, front-desk, travel coordination or similar customer roles
- Strong organisation and the ability to juggle many priorities without supervision
- Clear, professional communication with US-based patients and colleagues
- Confidence across multiple digital platforms
- A commercial mindset around bookings and reactivation
An Assist World placement with a US client; open to candidates in South Africa who can receive payment via Wise, working US clinic hours.
