About the role
What you'll do
Binance is hiring a local-market digital specialist to grow its active users in Africa. You'll adapt global paid campaigns to local audiences, brief performance creative, track results daily in tools like AppsFlyer and Similarweb, and push local SEO and AI-search visibility with the content team.
Requirements
- Ideally 3+ years in performance marketing (paid ads and SEO), preferably in crypto or fintech
- Deep understanding of local consumers, competitors and how crypto is perceived locally
- Strong data literacy and the ability to explain what drives the numbers
- Experience running at least one local paid channel and campaign
- Fluent English plus the relevant local language
