About the role

The core focus of this role will be building and maintaining a strong community across all related digital channels. This will cover:

  • Developing compelling content for the blog that can be optimised to digital channels and marketed across multiple audience touchpoints.
  • Driving dialogue to engage a community
  • Managing and growing an already existing newsletter program
  • Soft business development

What your day-to-day looks like

  • Engaging the slack community; driving dialogues.
  • Ideating and curating (crowdsourced) content about relevant topics.
  • Optimising and sharing content across multiple digital channels/audience touchpoints.
  • Building relationships that grow the brand; assisting to explore product partnerships
  • Prepping the weekly newsletter.
  • Tracking and reporting on all key growth metrics

  • Eager to assist projects in various verticals
  • Willing to break things; fail fast but fail forward
  • Genuinely care about people and you’re good with them; a conversationalist
  • Have an innate DIY mentality; resourceful
  • Obsessed with learning & personal growth
  • You own outcomes and you’re consistent with results
  • Proficiency with G-Suite applications and Slack
  • 8 - 24 months of relevant work experience (e.g. Digital Marketing, Content Management, Web and Social Media Analytics or SEO)
